The Jungle Book - Acme Theatre Co.

I've had the recent pleasure of fight directing Acme Theatre's spring production of The Jungle Book! Acme a unique theatre company in the fact that the majority of the positions are filled by high schoolers! There's a professional director, but all aspects of tech and costumes are headed by students. This provides an incredible learning experience as well as fun and inventive theatre. Acme Artistis Director, Emily Henderson is directing this production and doing an excellent job with these kids. There are a couple little skirmishes between the wolf cubs and Mowgli as welll as the final battle of Mowgli and Sher Khan. We've had some fun figuring out to get Sher Khan to fall off a cliff safely and effectively! Come check out this production the final weekend of May... for FREE!
